Data Protection
In line with the General Data Protection Regulations (2018), we are required to publish Privacy Notices to all 'data subjects' - those people whose personal data we hold and process. These can be found below, along with a copy of our updated Data Protection Policy.
Freedom of Information
The Freedom of Information Act (2000) requires that we publish a 'Freedom of Information Policy' outlining procedures for accessing information about the school and how information requests can be made.
Our policy is based on a model provided by Staffordshire County Council, and has been adopted by the Governing Body.
A requirement of the Freedom of Information Act is that we produce a Publication Scheme, which outlines the information published by the school and details of how this can be accessed.
