Term dates are set annually by Staffordshire County Council.  The Governing Board is also able to allocate five INSET days, when school is closed to pupil.

Autumn Term 2026

INSET Days: Thursday 2^nd September & Friday 3^rd

Term Starts: Monday 6^th September 

Half Term: Monday 25^th October – Friday 29^th October

Term ends: Friday 17^th December

Holiday: Monday 20^th December – Friday 31^st December

Spring Term 2028

Term Starts: Tuesday 4^th January

Half Term: Monday 14^th February – Friday 18^th February

Term ends: Friday 7^th April

Holiday: Monday 10^th April – Friday 21^st April

Easter Sunday: Sunday 16^th April

Summer Term 2028

Term starts: Monday 24^th April

May Day: Monday 1^st May

Half Term: Monday 29^th May – Friday 2^nd June

Term ends: Friday 21^st July

Holiday: Monday 24^th July – Thursday 31^st August

KS1 Optional SATs:  May/June 2028

KS2 SATs:  Monday 8^th – Thursday 11^th May 2028 (fixed dates)
