Parents

Your Views

At Hob Hill, we work in close partnership with our parents to support the children's learning.  As such, it is important for us to gain the views and opinions of parents about different aspects of school life.  We do this in several different ways:

  • An annual parent survey ~ see below for the latest survey results.
  • 'Have Your Say' questions in the Hob Hill Hoot ~ click here for an example.
  • Ofsted's 'Parent View' website ~ click the image below to visit.

The outcomes of our 2016 Parent Survey can be found here.

Parents can also share their compliments, comments or concerns any time by contacting the school or following our Complaints Policy

Parent Volunteers:

We are fortunate to have a number of parents who give their time to support the children in class, particularly with one-to-one reading.  Others work in school as part of a formal training programme with a local college or university.  All parent helpers are provided with training in school and are required to complete a DBS clearance.  If you are interested in volunteering in school, please contact the school office.
